What a pitch has to do
one email, one clear ask
A brand contact reads a pitch in seconds. It has to say who you are, what you would make, why it suits their product and what you want them to do next. Everything else can wait for the reply.
The three templates in the kit follow that order: a cold pitch, a follow-up and a thank-you that opens the next round.

The cold email, line by line
from subject line to ask
Subject line
Name the brand and the product, and say what you are offering. The template uses a pattern like the one below, with the brand, product and setting left for you to fill in.
Opening
Say who you are and what you make, in one sentence. Name the type of content, such as unboxing, how-to or testimonial-style, and the niche it serves.
The offer
Give a number of videos and a use for the product: in use, or solving a specific problem. Keep it to one idea per pitch.
Proof
Link your portfolio. One link that loads fast beats three that need explaining.
The ask
Ask a question that is easy to say yes to, such as whether you can send over a few concepts.
Follow up with a reason
one short note after [x] days
A follow-up works best when it brings something: a one-line concept for the product, or an offer to share a quick sample hook. The kit's template does both in four sentences.
Keep the same thread so the brand sees your first email under it, and set the gap before you send so it does not depend on your mood that day.

After the project
the pitch that sells round two
Thank the contact, name the project and mention that you have availability from a date you set. Offer more variations in hooks, formats or lengths, because that is the natural next purchase.
Before you hit send
- The brand and product names are spelled the way the brand spells them.
- Your portfolio link opens on a phone.
- Your rate card is ready for when they reply.
- You know what you would say yes and no to in the brief.
When a brief arrives, read it against the usage rights guide and the brief checklist in the kit.
Quick answers
Should I put my rate in the first email?
You can wait until the brand replies and asks about scope. Either way, know your own floor price before you reply; the rate calculator works it out from your numbers.
Who should I email?
A named person in marketing, partnerships or creator relations when the brand lists one. Check the brand's site and social bios for a creator or partnerships address.
How many videos should I offer?
A number you can deliver well. The template leaves it as [number] so you set it from your own capacity.
How long should I wait before following up?
Pick a gap you will actually keep, then send one short follow-up that carries a concept, not just a nudge.
